This is just huge. He has a lifetime record of hiring and promotion and an outer-borough NYer’s natural ease and comfort in interacting with all races. He has focused on their equal interest and desire in the American Dream. And he has made it clear that he wants to be the president of all, and wants to solicit the political support of all.

He may be at max with that demographic. Also, I don't think approval and disapproval is as 'Binary' as the media makes it out to be. For example, recent Trump poll in AZ:
