If the GOP holds, the next Congress will be must more Trump friendly. The large number of Never Trumpers who have retired, and the relentless campaign Trump has done to win for the GOP, is going to make Congress much more Trumpian.

Boy, have things changed. Nowadays Mark is one of the president’s fiercest and most capable defenders. If we can just hold on to both houses of Congress, the next 6 years are going to be incredible for America! ]
Trump did kinda come right out of left field and took a lot of Conservatives for surprise, I think since Levin had spent so much of his career in Washington he was taken by surprise. Thankfully it was hopefully a very pleasant surprise for him.
