This time Democrats (socialists) from everywhere poured a huge amount of money into the Georgia governors race. Ive never seen so many ads for one candidate... and theyre still trying.

Rural and smaller town Georgia voted overwhelmingly against the lard-ass commie.
It was the metro areas that supported her.
Georgia is a great place to live as long as you avoid the metro areas.
As an aside, I live in what was once a small town of around 12,000 in South Georgia. It is exploding in terms of growth. I have considered moving elsewhere or moving out into the countryside.

OMG!! In a DECENT country, should would have gotten 10%!!

Georgia is an election or two away from blue state. Atlanta burbs are increasingly transplanted liberals In every major southern city from Georgia to Louisiana, Democrats are being manufactured at an exponential rate.
Within one or two generations, the entire South will be lost for good.

As a Georgian who knows its politics real well
white guilt
lots of outside money
Kemp had to run far right to win the primary
Suburbs are changing
College educated white women are becoming a problem for Reps
Nathan Deal did nothing to help Kemp
Trump made a difference

Kemp over 50% of the vote, Abrams below 49%. No runoff.

Laura Ingram made a good point last night....if the lamestream media would do their job and really report on these candidates they would not fare nearly as well.

Oh wait, here come all of the “misplaced” absentee ballots.
To: Old Yeller
She wont concede. Shes waiting for the absentee counts. Which either she will win or force a run off.
To: Old Yeller
Good. Spend your money for a lost cause.

I, unfortunately, live in DeKalb County and I wouldn’t doubt it. I’ve had the feeling for the past several years that my vote doesn’t get counted. But to be fair, Abrams had people on the street and a very active campaign - never had so many people knock on my door. There were a lot of Abrams signs all over the place - enough that it surprised me. Kemp also didn’t run the best campaign.

In the metro areas (which is where her support was), folks are more liberal and there are plenty of black people who vote strictly along racial lines.
To: MeneMeneTekelUpharsin
“She can now shut her big mouth.”
She CAN, but she won’t. It’s gonna be up in the air until they can sneak those ballots from car trunks in to the Counting Center. Then she’ll “win” .

Nathan Deal did nothing to help Kemp. Deal has been a huge disappointment. You're right in that he didn't do hardly a thing to help Kemp.
I think I saw one ad from him on behalf of Kemp.
I wish we'd recruit Herman Cain next go round. Gotta get this "first black" thing off everyone's back.

What is WRONG with people? They watch Big Media, and graduated from government schools. They have been steeped in leftism, and believe it.

Our last governor Deal was much less liked than Kemp and won by a 10% margin.
