He pushed her left arm down with his left hand/wrist when she reached to take the microphone (her job).
Looks like he forced her arm down from the mic by pushing on the tender spot opposite her elbow, causing her arm to bend. Not exactly violent, but certainly not being a gentleman.
Acosta is like an overgrown David Hogg twerp.

I wouldn’t doubt Acosta’s getting payed to incite the President. In hope he’ll get unhinged in front of a full world audience and cameras to catch it all..
He's pushing her arm down as she tries to take the mike to give to the next reporter in line to ask a question. Acosta refused, after being asked mutipke times, to relinquish the mike and pushed her arm to maintain his grip.
