Election fraud should be classified as an act of high treason, with all the traditional penalties attached.
The penalty for vote fraud should be that the perpetrator has a noose placed around their neck, the rope threaded through an overhead pulley, and a very large empty box suspended from the other end of the rope. As fraudulent ballots are discovered they are thrown into the box. Enough fraud uncovered = poetic justice dispensed.
“Election fraud should be classified as an act of high treason...”
Election fraud is certainly a ‘high’ crime, in that it is a crime not only against the voters, but also against the State, but I don’t think it meets the constitutional definition of treason. It can be classified as sedition, an attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Government. I don’t know what the legal penalties are that either the US Congress or the State of Florida have designated for conviction of the crime of sedition, but they should be severe.
