I hope that is true. Why the hell she didn't go to jail in 2016 and then *banned* from getting anywhere near Florida ballots again in her life is beyond me.

Er...because she wasn't convicted until April, 2018? And I don't think she has been sentenced yet, either; or maybe I'm wrong and the court treated it as a minor misdemeanor. In any case, these things take time to go through the legal system.
