Broward has a ballot counting operation that was operating outside of state law; a judge ruled yesterday afternoon that this process violated public records laws. By 7 P.M. yesterday, they were supposed to comply with all public records requests. That didn’t happen. Then, Brenda Snipes and Susan Bucher, the elections supervisors for Broward and Palm Beach counties respectively, decided they were just going to ignore the court order:

Obama ignored court rulings all the time.
The Democrats know how to use the courts.
Republicans know how to be pushed around.
Time for the DOJ to take over elections in corrupt counties.
Same way it takes over police departments
She is in contempt and now can be sanctioned.
Certain people are above the law.
If there are no personal consequences for the corrupt Democrats, then why should they stop? An armed raid by LE on the Supervisor of elections offices, counting room and such other locations where evidence might be found should have already been conducted. Brenda Sipes should have been arrested and taken away in cuffs and be trying to make bail. Oh well, dreams...

Other updates are reporting that Broward can’t meet todays deadline, so their count will default to Tuesday’s.
They are trying to cover their tracks...that’s why they aren’t complying. They’re trying to cover their crimes before they open the doors.
Broward and Palm Beach county elections ought to be taken over by the feds. Constitutional obligation to guarantee a republican form of government makes it a duty to do so.
Agree. Seems Dems never pay a price for devious behavior so they keep it up. For years, Republicans never responded. Amazing that they seem to believe ‘if we’re nice, polite to them, they’ll be nice to us’. For intelligent people, the R’s in power were/are, imho, pretty dense.

Politically partisan law enforcement in that county, not strong law and order law enforcement.
