The GOP lost the House because they did NOTHING when they had it. That left them with no issue upon which to run. What were they going to say?
Hey, elect us so that we can. . .
But by doing nothing they had no credibility to be believed that they could do anything.

That’s my take. The GOP congress gave voters little to vote for. The one thing they campaigned on in 2016, repealing Obamacare showed they were liars. Ryan was never on Team Trump. They did it to themselves.

The GOP lost the House because Paul Ryan did whatever it took to sabotage Trump. also, there were several uncontested races where the only name on the ballot was a Rat. It’s Ryan’s job to recruit GOP candidates, and he didn’t.

💯 % correct. The Republicans did virtually nothing to help Trump. Except the freedom caucus, The f'd Trump every chance they got. Up to a week b4 the election F'n Ryan was blasting Trump. They all but said vote against us. They lost the elecion by inaction. Then as the media piles onRepublicans stood slim to no chance. I can't believe we did as well as we did. Republicans are so freaking stupid it really begs if they really ever want to lead. ? But where else do you turn??? INFURIATING
