That too is talking about 2012. If you click on the NBC link in the by line you will see that it links to an NBC article from 2012. She’s being a little misleading, and that does no one any good to be honest.

I’m convinced they have non-citizens voting all over the country.
Motor voter makes it easy to register and no one is stopping them from voting.

Floriduh requires a photo ID in order to vote, but does NOT require that the ID prove citizenship. Solution: show proof of citizenship the first time you register. Surrounding countries and even India do!

Regarding the idea of non-citizens having the power to vote versus Democratic “trademark” vote-stacking, please consider the following.

The Supreme Court clarified in Minor v. Happerset, a case which tested the right of female citizens to vote before the voting rights-related 19th Amendment was ratified, that even citizens are not guaranteed the right to vote.

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment [emphasis added], and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had.” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.
