Rule #1 - Anyone daring to embrace election integrity, shall be beaten over the head with the charge of RACISM until theyre dead.
Rule #1(corollary) - Anyone daring to challenge or deem illegal a provisional vote in a democrat precinct will be shot.
Seems to me that the big problem in Broward County is not illegal voting but ballot tampering behind the scenes during transport and during counting.
We can further tighten up the voting system by checking signatures by AI and those kicked out can then be checked by humans. We could also put the scanned signatures up on the website where you check to see if your ballot is received.
Since Oregon registers almost all of it’s voters through the DMV (which requires a birth cert for licenses) we are assuming that registered voters are legal. If it becomes apparent that there is a problem it can be traced to the DMV employee because the system is computerized and they are logged in on the state system with their employee id.
Sure fraudulent votes can still be done here and there, but the dems need tens of thousands of fraudulent manufactured ballots and a way to slip them into the voting stream. A few illegal votes here and there is not going to cut it.
Exactly!
When you vote by mail, how do you know ‘who’ filled in the ballot?
This should be the election that the Republicans finally wake up and stop the fraud.

____________
It might be too late... once the one party system is in place, what makes you think that they’ll give it up?
You know, I remember as a kid going with my mother to the polls. My little brother and I rode in a double stroller. My mother entered the voting booth and pushed this huge lever that closed the booth with a curtain, for her voting privacy. When she pushed the lever to open the curtain it automatically counted her vote. In those days, Flint, Michigan was a great little city run by Republicans.
If the Repubs don’t fix this now we will never again have another honest election.
I also remember someone asking a very primly dressed older woman who she voted for and she responded, “Young man, THAT is none of your business!”
The FL Federal judge ruling
on 9 items is a 2009 Obama Appointee .
He is a nightmare .
We are screwed .
How did Scott get so screwed .
He is a Lawyer !
Scott better have the Circuit appeal and SC ready tonight !
And why didnt Scott remove Snipes a long time ago? She makes about $177,000 a year and shes incompetent. What the hell does she do the rest of the year?
That’s what the signature on the return envelope is for; it has to be matched to the one on file at the elections office.
Can somebody forge them: yes. Register fictitious or dead people; yes. But not tens of thousands of ballots like is being done in Broward County and elsewhere.
In Oregon, a finite number of ballots are mailed, and the barcode is scanned in to confirm the return. The total number of ballots is known and confirmed, before counting. They are barcoded, more than 10 ballots to a single address pops a red flag for verification (usually frat houses and assisted living facilities) This limits the scale of vote fraud.
The USPS is loaded with security cameras, every piece of mail is photographed by the automated sorters. There is a shit-ton more ways to catch malfeasance there than there is at the local elementary school polling place staffed with shifty volunteers.
Plus it’s a whole new raft of federal felonies tampering with the mail, not just vote fraud. And the employees are risking their career and pension.
So a person could just sign their ballot and then
hand (or sell) it to someone else to fill it out?
I just don’t know how this actually works.
“What is supposed to happen, in a perfect world, each provisional ballot is supposed to be determined to be proved to be valid or not.”
Okay, question: Who in state or county government has the authority to step in and say: Stop counting provisional ballots!
I’m assuming the state has laws and procedures to deal with provisional ballots.
Sign the return envelope, yes, they could sell it to someone. Seems to me that would be caught easily because voters aren’t queued up somewhere in line. Locating willing sellers in large enough numbers to make it worthwhile would be difficult and expensive and easy to expose.
I was super suspicious of vote by mail when we first instituted it but I’ve been studying it and comparing it to the messes in other states. I think it is far more controllable than having numerous polling places staffed by volunteers. It doesn’t disrupt schools, etc or your working day.
As long as there is transparency at the election clerks office and plenty of watchdog supervision of ballot counting I think it is a much better system.
The fact that democrats haven’t jumped to adopt it leads me to believe that they don’t want it because election theft is hard without provisional ballots.
RE: ...having ballots sent in by someone else...
It just bothers me (reluctant to change).
Of course that kind of thing happens all over the place
with absentee ballots for voters in nursing homes
and retirement housing, etc.
It just scares me that it might occur statewide.
“once the one party system is in place, what makes you think that theyll give it up?”
Credible physical threats can change minds. Have you ever walked into a leftist bar and picked a fight?
Well we already know they are using the current vote in person at polling places to steal elections.
Vote by mail deprives them of same day registration, provisional ballots and transportation of ballots from polling places to the elections office.
It also deprives them of traveling in buses from precinct to precinct, showing ID to vote is then unnecessary. Oregon has figured out how to prevent illegals from voting (no licensing of undocumented persons, birth certs required).
The dems here have tried to overturn that, but failed every time. And since they kick GOP butt every election I don’t think they feel the need to cheat here as badly.
Oddly, we elected an R for Secretary of State and one of his campaign pledges was to clean up voter rolls and make sure elections were fair and honest. And he did, and found very little fraud.
