How Many Non-Citizens Vote in U.S. Elections?
Powerline ^ | November 13, 2018 | Steven Hayward

Liberals and the media (but I repeat . . .) dismiss the idea that non-citizens vote in meaningful numbers in our elections. What is the empirical evidence? This 2014 article from Electoral Studies ought to be a wake-up call:

Do non-citizens vote in U.S. elections?

Jesse T. Richman, Gulshan A. Chattha, and David C.Earnest

Abstract

In spite of substantial public controversy, very little reliable data exists concerning the frequency with which non-citizen immigrants participate in United States elections. Although such participation is a violation of election laws in most parts of the United States, enforcement depends principally on disclosure of citizenship status at the time of voter registration. This study examines participation rates by non-citizens using a nationally representative sample that includes non-citizen immigrants. We find that some non-citizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and Congressional elections. Non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress.

The full article is behind the usual paywall, but I have managed to get the whole thing. And surprise, surprise, the authors conclude that illegal votes by non-citizens heavily favor Democrats, as this chart from the study shows:

It appears, everyone in Texas gets a slap on the wrist for vote fraud and a few of the vote collector’s (the balloteros) are sometimes prosecuted, well just maybe.

Texas Unknown (multiple) 2016-11 General Absentee/Mail The Nueces County Sheriff’s Office, the County Attorney and the County Clerk began investigating claims of voter fraud following the November 2016 general election, including multiple cases of voters being told at the polls that someone else had voted in their name and six requests for absentee mail-in ballots from one address at a vacant house in Robstown. http://www.kiiitv.com/news/local/nueces-county-investigating-voter-fraud-claims/... http://www.kristv.com/story/33849427/nueces-county-investigating-possible-voter-...

Texas Margie Hodges F 2007 School bond Margie Hodges was investigated as part of the Valley Mills ISD 2007 bond election case. Hodges was mailed a letter. No new violations were reported. Statue of limitations expired.
Mississippi Election Contest: Dave Ware v, Johnny DuPree 2013-06 Hattiesburg Mayoral Election Contest Voter impersonation Ineligible felon voting In the June 4, 2013 election for Hattiesburg Mayor, Dave Ware finished 37 votes behind incumbent Johnny DuPree. But that result was marred by a total breakdown in the absentee balloting process and shocking instances of illegal voting. Hundreds of absentee ballots failed to comply with mandatory provisions of Mississippi law. They were counted anyway, giving DuPree well more than his margin of victory. The evidence showed improper influence of absentee voters and lax security and recordkeeping for absentee ballots. One ballot cast by a Ware supporter simply disappeared. A 17-year-old voted absentee from the county jail. A “curbside” voter at the Dixie Pine precinct (someone too disabled to enter the polling place but who voted in person from his vehicle, with help from the poll managers) was actually a healthy 22-year-old man who was in San Antonio, Texas on Election Day. He did not vote, but someone else voted in his name. Disenfranchised felons voted, even though their prior crimes made them ineligible. Sheriff’s personnel carried one of those voters from jail to vote in person on June 4. At least four ineligible felons voted. The trial itself involved allegations of witness intimidation, jury “retaliation,” and a 9-3 verdict for Ware that somehow devolved into a deadlocked 8-4 vote. New election ordered http://hottytoddy.com/2013/08/21/big-wins-of-integrity-of-the-vote/

Texas Jose Picasso Salvador Vela 2010-05 Alton municipal Registration fraud Ineligible district voting Leading up to the 2010 Alton city election, 23 voters registered their residency at mayoral candidate Jose Picasso’s home on North Eagle Pass Street. In December 2012 two women were charged with illegal voting for falsely listing Picasso’s home as their residence to vote in the 2010 Alton election. Both were convicted. The city, which ran the 2010 election, found more than three dozen suspicious votes. Two candidates, Salvador Vela and Picasso, had 10 and 24 registered voters respectively at their homes. http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/former-alton-police-chief-commissioner-tied... http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/mission-woman-pleads-guilty-to-illegal-voti... http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/women-arrested-accused-of-illegal-voting/ar...

Texas Chris De Leon Irene Rodriguez F 2014-06 Mercedes municipal runoff Absentee/mail Illegal assistance Chris De Leon, the owner of the adult daycare that disabled senior Yolanda Gonzales attended, and Irene Rodriguez, the wife of Mercedes City Commissioner and mayoral candidate Rudy Rodriguez, entered Gonzales’ home, opened mail-in ballots for the June 2014 City Commission runoff, and instructed Gonzales how to complete her own ballot. The two women then instructed Gonzales to complete and sign the ballots of her mentally-impaired brother Rene Gonzales and her 88-year-old bedridden father Jose Gonzales, who weren’t home. It’s illegal to cast someone’s vote for them without their knowledge and to instruct someone how to vote as they are voting. It is also against the law to mark their ballot or take it to the mail for them without signing as a voter assistant. Describing the incident, Yolanda Gonzales — who, at 64, suffers from various disabilities — didn’t seem to understand that what she had done was wrong. She said she had just followed the instructions of the campaign workers, who told her she was allowed to mark votes for her father and brother. http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/mercedes-man-alleges-campaign-workers-took-...

Texas Chente Quintanilla (former state representative) Enedina Nina Serna Ruben Lujan 2014-05 Primary Runoff - 2014 D Absentee/Mail The Attorney General’s office is looking into voter fraud allegations made by former Justice of the Peace for Precinct Six, Rosalie Dominguez, against former State Rep. Chente Quintanilla and two current Justices of the Peace, Enedina Nina Serna and Ruben Lujan. Serna and Quintanilla allegedly signed up seniors for absentee ballots for homebound residents and unlawfully picked up the ballots at their homes. Dominguez also included Lujan in the suit, saying he threatened seniors to not cooperate with her investigation. http://www.kvia.com/news/lawsuit-claims-voter-fraud-by-former-state-rep-justices...

Texas Election contest: Brian Black v. John Hegemier 2014-11 Bandera municipal 2014-11 Election contest Ineligible district voting Absentee/mail Candidate Brian Black challenged the results of the November 2014 mayoral election, which his opponent John Hegemier won by just 6 votes, 117 to 111, alleging that people who lived outside the city limits voted in the election and that mail ballots were illegally hand-delivered to voters in a rehabilitation center. Black’s campaign manager also alleged that a specific poll worker, Rilla Stevens, tampered with the election between Oct. 20 and 31, during early voting, to ensure Hegemier’s win by electioneering whilw working at the polls. Bandera County Elections Administrator Toba Perez-Wright claimed that as a voter registrar, she cannot challenge someone’s residency. Only another registered voter has that right. http://www.banderabulletin.com/news/article_b20281e8-66d0-11e4-a749-b732da658711... http://www.bccourier.com/Archives/News_detail.php?contentId=18640

Texas Election contest: Frankie de los Rios v. Efren “Coach” Ceniceros 2014-11 Donna ISD school board 2015-01 Election contest Illegal assistance Absentee/mail Frankie de los Rios contested the November 2014 Donna Independent School District election, alleging that non-residents illegally voted in the election, campaign workers illegally assisted voters in the voting booth and with mail ballots who didn’t ask for or need any help, and ineligible felons were allowed to vote. De los Rios lost the race for place 7 on the DISD board to incumbent Efren “Coach” Ceniceros by just 15 votes. De Los Rios’ attorney alleged that at least 12 people who voted in the election do not reside in the district and that as many as 127 others illegally received assistance at the polls. http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/donna-isd-candidate-contests-november-elect...

Texas Karen Hall F 2013-12 Multiple Bryan municipal 2014-09 Ineligible district voting The Bryan City Council voted to ask the Texas Attorney General’s office to investigate Karen Hall, who helped secure voter signatures to place an ethics-related charter amendment before voters in November. Hall doesn’t live at or own the address in Bryan at which she is registered to vote, but has voted in several city elections, most recently in December 2013. Hall listed her address on her voter registration as 5918 Texas 21 East in Bryan, which is the address of Bruders Electric. According to Hall, the building’s former owner, Edward Wayne Kelly, offered to let Hall live in part of the building, but she never moved in. Hall thought the agreement was still in place when Kelly passed away several years ago, but Malcolm Hein, the owner of Bruder’s Electric, who is renting the building, signed an affidavit saying he’s never allowed anyone to live on the property. It is a felony under Texas law for a person to vote in an election where they know they are not eligible to vote.

I guess a Special Council Investigation into Foreign Interference in our Elections with Non-Citizens Voting is not needed since the Democrats and MSM (I know that is redundant) approve/support and subsidize it with their coverage/propaganda.

Hundreds of thousands of these illegals and their voting could be determined by comparing existing data bases, like social security numbers, removals from jury pools, remittances bank records, multi state voting records, tax filings, arrest records, Mexican phone directories, naturalization and visa records, drivers licenses,, etc.

Wait until 2020 when Dims who stayed home in 2016 “because Hillary will win” will come out to vote. It will be a HIGH voter turnout.

I hope the GOP organizes a strategy for every county in every state to keep the Dims from overwhelming the vote count.

This is exhausting.
