I suggest don’t even fight it and give Acosta the Helen Thomas treatment at all future press conferences. See how long it takes before CNN gets the hint that their reporter is never going to get to ask a question again at one unless they replace him with one who knows how to behave.

Maybe he’s just bullet-proofing his decision.

I am thinking that if Jim Acosta has some right to the Whitehouse for supposedly the First amendment, then I have a right to CNN hq in Atlanta for the same reason.

Right? I’m a surf and so is he.

F’em.

If this dim activist gets back his credentials ...what does it mean..Trump must put up with any amount of questioning?
Or, waste everyone’s time by forcing Trump to repeatedly tell rude reporters to sit down and shut up?

Folks, there are 100 different reasons for a postponement of the decision, the vast majority of them innocuous.

It may be that the judge realizes this is going to pi$$ a lot of people off and he wants to give the impression that he’s is giving it a lot of thought before blowing it out of the water. Or he may be using the time to develop an overwhelming amount of well reasoned judicial ammunition to throw it out in toto.

There are enough bonafide scary issues that are ripe in there dangers to our values and beliefs without fretting about ones that speculatively might possibly occur.

NO it would be a horrible precedent (if the judge rules for CNN) which should be fought to the Supreme Court.... but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

Hopefully the judge is trolling CNN.

There must be something REALLY BIG scheduled by the Deep State to hit tomorrow, that will make AcostaGate look like small potatoes.

“No standing. No Constitutional right. NEXT !”

Friday of an upcoming holiday week? Trying to get in under the radar. Expect something bigger to hit later today or tomorrow to divert the administrations attention.

Yeah, and Justice Thomas has already warned these overreaching district judges about these far-reaching decisions that are not within their Constitutional jurisdiction.

This was not worth wasting a minute of court time on. The suit should have been dismissed for failure to state a cause of action. The court has better things to do than waste its time and my tax dollars on a suit that is ludicrous on its face.

The court should sanction CNN and every litigant who filed a brief in this case.

If the court rules that Acosta’s pass must be returned Trump should just not hold scgdduled press conferences or briefings. Let the White House Press Corps cool their heels all day in the briefing room hoping that they will hear something and make himself available sporadically, if at all. Watch them scream then. Would they then argue in court that press conferences and briefings need to be regular and scheduled? Probably.

Well of course the fake news media thinks this will be resolved in CNN’s s favor.

If this judge lets the fake news media bully him, POTUS needs to appeal all the way to the Supreme Court.

In the meantime the White House can do what Bath House Barry did: drastically reduce the number of live press conferences, require the fake news reporters to submit their questions in advance, not allow any spontaneous questions. Or POTUS can just stop holding press conferences for a while and do live interviews with select “journalists” who don’t behave like Antifa thugs.

The White House can release a daily bulletin or set of tweets which the fake news media can decide to read or not. There’s more than one way to defeat the @sses at CNN.

I knew it. The Judge is getting leaned on behind the scenes to rule against Trump. Every clown who can get a hold of hims is badgering him about it. I don’t doubt he is getting threats like Kavaungh did against him and his family.

Gutless coward. Another politician in a black robe

That’s my read. The judge wants to do the “CNN smack down” so well that his decision is quoted over and over.
