The hand recount only includes ballots rejected by machines due to stray marks, write-in votes for uncertified candidates including Mickey Mouse & Bozo, filling in the “D” next to Dem party instead of the bubble, etc.

The Florida problem is democrat ‘vote the people who don’t shows up to vote’.
In the old days it was done by stacking up cards of people who didn’t show up to vote, putting an ice pick over the ‘chosen chad spot’ and hitting the ice pick with a hammer - knocking out most of the chads.
I don’t know how they do the fraud today - but it involves voting the people who don’t show up to vote.
One ‘tell’ is sometimes those doing the fraud forget they need to ‘vote’ for more than one person. That’s showed up in Florida this season with a few thousand people ‘forgetting to vote for Nelson’...
If the FBI wants to earn their keep they should check those ballots to see if they came for ‘the same stacks’...
