If you want to solve the migration chaos in europe, go after the traffickers who ferry them in. If you care about the people of the dark continent, maybe europe and the UN should take a more active role in thwarting the tyrants and warlords who destabilize everything (to use gentle terms).

Kerry has ALWAYS been 100% long on image and short on facts.
When he says things like “unless the world urgently addresses the threat of climate change”, you know he is well indoctrinate in the image agenda of the climate change alarmists, but seriously short on the cliams and scientific facts contained in their science.
The entire CO2 alarmist claim rests on a little science fact about CO2 - how long it stays in the atmosphere once it is there - a VERY long time. That fact is coupled with laboratory models suggesting how muc heat is trapped by CO2. Warming is said to occur because of the atmospheric “shelf life” of CO2, causing it, in this modern age, to accumulate and build up, in quantity, in the atmosphere - always keeping for a long time new additions of CO2.
So, what will “urgent” action do to that fact?
VERY little. In fact the strongest anti-CO2 measures that have been suggested will NOT avert continued increases in atmospheric CO2 for another 100-200 years. That’s on the basis of the climate alarmists own models.
So, based on those models, what will “urgen action now” to reduce production of CO2 have any migration crisis now?
Zip, zilch, nada.
