RE: Contact Form Submission - Register to vote From: Elections To: xxxxxxx Cc: Elections Date: Wed, Nov 14, 2018 1:41 pm
Dear Mr. XXXX, Thank you for contacting our office. This is correct. A voter who does not provide a form of proof of citizenship is only eligible to vote in federal races in Arizona.
Proposition 200, passed by the voters in 2004, requires that a form of proof of citizenship be provided if an individual wishes to vote in Arizona local elections. If you have an Arizona driver license or non-operating identification card issued after October 1, 1996 you will need only to provide the license number on a voter registration form.
If you do not have an Arizona license you may include a photocopy of one of the following documents: A legible photocopy of a birth certificate that verifies citizenship and supporting legal documentation (i.e. marriage certificate) if the name on the birth certificate is not the same as your current legal name A legible photocopy of the pertinent pages of your passport Presentation to the County Recorder of U.S. naturalization documents or your Alien Registration Number Your Indian Census Number, Bureau of Indian Affairs Card Number, Tribal Treaty Card Number, or Tribal Enrollment Number A legible photocopy of your Tribal Certificate of Indian Blood or Tribal or Bureau of Indian Affairs Affidavit of Birth.

There goes the state.
Wow...
But only in Federal elections.
Combine that with some states going to a popular vote handing of the EC’s, then Arizona’s illegal votes pad EC’s from multiple states.
This would explain why the Republican Governor won and the Republican Senator lost.
The way I read this is that the state requires proof of citizenship before you’re allowed to vote in state elections.
But you’re on the honor system for Federal elections.
Not sure if this is because of past legal rulings or what.

Bring out your dead, your non-citizens.....
p
They didn’t respond to my question as to why they allow illegals to vote in Federal Elections against Federal Law.
there had to be a reason (other than BigMac-induced mass insanity?)...for McShame and Flake and...?

...
I think this is being interpreted negatively.
Arizona actually strengthened the requirements in 2004.
This didn’t used to be the problem it is now...time to change the laws!
The USA is no longer comprised of mostly honorable people.
Preposterous!
I heard of some states where they allow non citizens to vote on LOCAL issues, but certainly not federal ones, as it states here. I think this is definitely illegal.
You stand to lose your sovereignty when you allow foreign nationals to make your decisions. That’s end game right there.
Bttt.

so maybe Prop 200 was only partly explained to the voters when they voted on it? Selling the part about neeeding id but not fully explaining it means ONLY for state elections, not all elections taking place int the state?
It’s amazing how uneducated so many of us citizens are to what is actually for whatever reason become the laws reguarding voting in our state and national elections. Schools should be properly educating, Parents should educate themselves and teach their kids - but no instead we get diversity, multi-cultural all is fair type teaching and it’s ruining the USofA.
This effectively means nothing.
The invaders that have started to jump the fence in CA, will:
1. Not show up for their immigration hearing.
2. Will apply for and receive a valid CA drivers license.
3. Will use that CA drivers license to obtain an AZ drivers license.
4. The foreign national in our country unlawfully will then be able to "legally" vote in AZ.
22+ million foreign nationals living in our country unlawfully is a national disgrace. Many of them voting in our elections is worse.
Not to mention, noncitizens and illegal aliens are counted when apportioning congressional districts. This means that areas with large numbers of illegal alien residents gain additional representatives in Congress.
Noncitizens, Voting Violations and U.S. Elections
This is the decades long national emergency that few in power want to correct.
Photocopies? Bwahaha!
