The Mayor has the tools and resources. What people don't understand about Mexicans is how duplicitous they are. They engage in finger-pointing while wink-winking each other, hoping that the problem gets taken care of by a 3rd party (The U.S. or the U.N.).
If nations would adopt capitalism and the rule of law none of this migration crap would ever take place.
