Agreed. I am afraid there is no answer to this problem. The main issue as I see is that progressive Republicans like Romney prefer Democrats to us. I don’t see how we ever get around that. Even “voting for our wives” and boycotting the GOP in a few elections won’t change that. They are happy to be in the minority and let Democrats do the heavy lifting installing a European style social welfare state.
Until we have a genuine opposition party to battle the rampaging Democrats we have no chance of winning this war. It’s that simple.

Even worse, we’ve had multiple opportunities to create a viable third party (or expand on existing ones), but allowed efforts to be derailed by establishment sellouts like fox news, hannity, levin, and limbaugh who lamented that efforts to form a true opposition party is foolish. Too many listened to them and abandoned what we all know was the best course of action.

For the sake of our nation, President Trump and MAGA it is imperative in the upcoming two years that the Senate is able to confirm judges and other Trump nominees. It would be a disaster if Espy is elected to give another vote to that pathetic minority leader Chuckie Schumer.
