If that happens I hope Trump tells the courts to stick it. If ruling is appealed to the SC the decision will be final.
It will also trigger impeachment proceedings.
Hopefully Trump will have had enough and stand up to the Roberts run fraud group.

I figure it's not long until some democrat or rino tries to make the case that Trump should be impeached because sending troops to the border is a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.
If someone does, they'll absolutely go straight to the 9th Circuit.
