Media madness surrounds us. Like a three-ring circus, Big Media has three main themes. The middle ring is Trump Derangement Syndrome. Everything and anything Trump does or says is outrageous, uncouth, unpresidential, stupid, racist, xenophobic, and any number of additional adjectives you can conjure up. The two side rings are Russia and climate change.
Today, the Trump and Russia rings are intertwined once again – but in a nonsensical way.
Russia, a country with a GDP less than a tenth of the U.S.'s, between the GDPs of Texas and New York, has become public enemy number one in the eyes of the media and the left. Mitt Romney was mocked when he called Russia our greatest geopolitical threat when he unsuccessfully ran for president in 2012. Hillary Clinton was considered a statesman when she called for a Russian reset in 2009.
Since Trump shocked the media and the left by winning the presidency against Madam Reset, an excuse for her second failed presidential campaign and laughable media prognosticating were necessary. This gave birth to the "Trump colluded with Russia to hack and steal the election from Mrs. Clinton" narrative.
Collusion has been a dry well, despite the best efforts of Robert Mueller and his merry band of partisans. Mueller is now reduced to prosecuting Trump associates over process crimes, tripping them up over what they recall saying to whom and when, or whom they might have forwarded an email to several years ago.
The media are quick on their feet, pivoting to a new narrative. According to NBC, "Trump's Russia dealings represented an enormous conflict of interest in 2016." In an article cowritten by hyperpartisan Chuck Todd, the lead sentence is, "Every time special counsel Robert Mueller speaks – through his court filings – he packs a punch."

It’s odd how the Dems circle back to prior memes. To Donald Jr meeting in Trump tower has been totally discredited as being anything of any meaning, but they dive bomb right back into it.
There is nothing illegal or anything about Trump considering building a hotel in Moscow. There is endless innuendo, however.

The half-life of everything that’s going to bring Trump down is about 4 days. Where’s Trump U? Stormy? Goldfish feeding? It’s impossible to build a proper resistance on such a flimsy foundation so they have no choice but to practice what they learned on Erf Day: Return, Reuse, Recycle.
Someone should make a list and we could go over it and predict what they’ll be dredging up next.
TEAM Trump needs to get ahead of the Mueller Report which will be released and timed to hurt Trump re-election bid.
ANTICIPATE/SPECULATE the contents, undoubtedly damaging to Trump, and start talking about them NOW!
ONE. It will buttress the contention that all Mueller is doing is trying to hurt Trump.
TWO. Whatever the details everyone has heard them already.
Some one in the White House needs to document all of the cozy deals every Democrat has made with the Russians, Chicoms and any other country. List all of Obama’s deals, Clintons deals, then Biden and sons, and so on and so forth through every member of congress and include their staffs. Also list the all of the dollar figures. This should be handed out at the start of each WH briefing and Sarah H. needs to read it every day. When she is asked a question, just read a name from that list and the nature of that deal, ignoring the question completely.
It is perfectly proper for Soto’s to pillage and plunder a troubled Russia with the Clintons’ blessings to enrich himself. Absolutely reasonable.
And we certainly would never question the Podesta boys, their dealings with Russia were most likely humanitarian. They’re such givers.
Give nary a thought to that ridiculous conservative cabal crackpot theory about Hillary doing something improper with her emails. She made a teeny mistake, that’s all. The FBI even said she was innocent.
Then there is Obama. No questionable antics there. No sireee. He wisely made America safe with his ingenious, well reasoned nuke deal.
He also was THE only president to open relations with Cuba. Nobody else was able to do that.
But, we have a crisis on par with Teapot Dome, because President Trump had some Russian real estate in his portfolio?
Fox should hire Stormi Daniels to spin the Wheel of Outrage: Upon which would be printed the dozen or so things Trump is accused of. She’d do it for $1.5K a show. Wherever the needle comes to rest, that’s the next thing the media will return to.
That would be hilarious.
We have evidence of thousands of Mexican nationals stealing elections in Orange County California. Yet we spend our time investigating Russians. The deep state is just a clown show.
