Even if this global warming crap was true, without 'fossil fuels' ever being used, we would be stuck somewhere between the Neolithic age and the bronze age, (OK, maybe early iron age in areas with good hardwood forests for charcoal to run an inefficient iron smelter (and the smoke pollution from industry to home heating with wood would be horrendous) and those 'other technologies' Arnie loves would never have been developed, because you need fossil fuels in order to produce them.
I can just imagine some guy where he used to be governor.
