1) Whichever more qualified candidate that would have received the position if she hadn’t falsely claimed minority status.
2) Future minority applicants to any position where race effects the final decision. Her example of successfully gaming the system could encourage future non-minority applicants to lie about their status.
3) Future non-minority candidates who are honest about their race but who lose out to less qualified non-minority candidates who are not so honest.
Maybe she should be thanked for damaging policies contrary to performance-based selections?
