Funny thing about revolutions. Starts out wit a focused, straight-forward protest about a specific policy (motor fuel taxes). Then they quickly metastasize to a whole raft of grievances, coming so quickly that the government can’t react quickly enough. Their OODA loop is too slow.
It’s more like crystal formation under supersaturation. You can overload the tolerance of the system, but then one little shock causes a dramatic reaction.
