No, she is not secretly smart, and this is not some Byzantine rope-a-dope strategy on her part. She’s dumb as a box of rocks. She’s basically a typical 20-something, the mockery does damage to her ability to be taken seriously.
I honestly hope the demonrats keep her front and center. There is nothing that could help us more than her angry, belligerent style of economically illiterate socialism. It’s exactly what the R team needs, a foil, and she’s more than willing to provide it. I suspect Pelosi or someone else will be tasked with “reining her in” after she says something really stupid, threatening a private citizen with congressional action over tweets apparently wasn’t stupid enough, and her listening is actually what I fear most.
Nowhere did I say she is ‘smart’. She is not Einstein, but she isn’t dumb either. It is all an act.
