If it is any consolation to you, Texas is generating about 20% of its electricity from renewables and that will increase. They are planning on putting in some really big solar farms because Texas is trying to get ahead of California.

Also, Texas provides a subsidy if you want an electric car. You can get $7500 from the feds and $1500 from Texas.

The two of you need to figure it out instead of contradicting each other. Does the CO2 come from decaying plants and animals or volcanos
