Discovery: The federal judge overseeing special counsel Robert Mueller’s case against President Donald Trump’s short-lived national security adviser, Michael Flynn, may have just blown a massive hole in the Deep State’s attempts to railroad an honest man who has served his country well for decades.
On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Emmitt Sullivan demanded to see the FBI’s 302s — interview summaries — of agents’ ambush interview with Flynn on Jan. 24, 2017, just a few days after POTUS Trump was inaugurated.
According to Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton: “Big: Judge Sullivan, who is overseeing General Flynn’s case, demands to see the infamous FBI 302 and other FBI doc about the ambush Flynn interview set up by Yates, McCabe, and Strzok.”

WHY did you tell Flynn NOT to have a lawyer present?
From what I understand, the 302’s were not filled out until around 6 months after the interview. And since interviews are not recorded, this may present a problem for the investigators.
Dang, now that’s interesting. Will stone face Mueller be the one submitting the 302s & what of his notes?
.……..I’m betting Sullivan dismisses all charges “with prejudice” and sanctions the government monetarily vis a vis Flynn’s attorneys fees.

The fbi will not turn over any info that shows their treacherous tactics. Any info that comes out will be fabricated...
The most reasonable explanation was that Mueller wished to delay the disclosure of their prosecutorial misconduct abuse of power for as long as possible so as not to discredit the Mueller investigation and to have the bad news come out after the election in hope that their unproven allegations would allow the Democrats to regain the House and Senate
Mueller said strategy worked almost perfectly. The Democrats in the House will block any investigation into the Mueller teams misconduct and the Senate could care less
It way past time for Trump to go on the offensive against the corrupt politicians and government officials who are trying to take him down to cover up their own criminality
Perhaps someone will eventually invent a device that can accurately record a human voice so that we can be sure of what someone said during these type of interviews.

The judge can have them as soon as they can be fetched from the shredder...and taped back together.

The FBI can slow walk a response to this judge’s order until Michael Flynn is dead of old age.
For people like Flynn and Manafort collared by Mueller .....
if a judge throws out their cases and rules that Mueller’s Office engaged in malfeasance,
they have legal standing to sue the govt (US taxpayers) for a boatload of money........
........as opposed to going to trial to prove innocence and going broke in the process.......
