“You were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Adviser to the President! “Arguably, this undermines everything this flag over here stands for! Arguably, you sold your country out!”

There are certain scenarios of justice that I just give up on ever expecting to happen. I can’t spend my whole waking life in a state of anticipation. I have to walk away from the latest wreckage, still somewhat hopeful, but much more wary.
Should have been disclosed, but Turkey is a NATO member and supposedly an ally. This isn’t undermining anything policy wise unless it can be shown that he didn’t Nearly everyone in the foreign affairs side of government works for middle eastern governments after leaving government. As I said, wrong for Flynn not to disclose.

The judge is telling Flynn he should ask to set aside his plea aNd if he doesn’t he may get prison. It’s just the judges way of havING Flynn ask to withdraw his plea which will be granted
Not sure what you mean...the judge is giving Gen Flynn a chance to withdraw his guilty plea before he passes sentence.
If Flynn accepts, the judge may toss the case out.
The Turkey stuff is what did him in. That’s why they’ve indicted two people he worked with on that matter. They’ve gotten Flynn to flip and that’s why the sentencing will be delayed. It’s over. They’ll squeeze Flynn to repeat any lie Mueller tells him to repeat.
Sessions, Rosenstein, Horowitz, Whitaker, yes even Mueller and now this judge, we were told by Wictor, Rex, the CTH, the 17th letter and all of their Qooky supporters, that behind the scenes, they were working for us and that we are winning.
When the rule of law is not enforced, society spirals out of control and ruled by the lawless.

Flynn plead to a process crime of “lying” to investigators during an impromptu interview yet the judge berates him for being a paid-lobbyist for a foreign government?
As best I can see, Flynn was dirty. The Turkey connection is new news. It is because of this Turkey situation that he was pursued so aggressively about lying to the FBI. They prosecuted what they could — the Turkey matter being far more difficult.
He is going down because he should go down.

Jack Posobiec is tweeting a completely different analysis. He suggests that Judge Sullivan is trying to goad Lieutenant General Flynn into withdrawing his guilty plea.
I am not watching, so I have no way of knowing what really is going on.
So the way I read this is that Mueller had this Foreign Agent charge hanging over Flynn’s head the entire time and used this to get Flynn to admit to Lying to the FBI. Mueller basically told Flynn to either cooperate or we will expose you as a traitor. So when Flynn tried to expose Mueller’s entrapment tactics at the last minute, Mueller then turned around and exposed the Turkey situation and basically put the nail in his coffin.
It’s because he’s “cooperating” to manufacture “evidence” in a completely unrelated investigation.
