Whatever that piece of performance art was it wasn’t “justice” in any sense of the word. Why did he agree to push off sentencing? Why did Mueller wait until a couple days ago to indict his Turkish contacts if they were really what this was about? Did Flynn and his lawyers just make Mueller tip his hand that what he’s “cooperating” on has nothing to do with Trump? Why was the judge so confused by the just-released information?
Sullivan apparently said Flynn was not guilty and they gave him multiple opportunities to challenge the FBI interview and withdraw his guilty plea.
