Not really. Judge gave Flynn every opportunity to contest this and he did not. At some point this has to be on Flynn if he continues to roll over for Mueller.

IMO, you are on the wrong side of this, lodi90. Flynn could not fight this, very few people can. All the unlimited resources of the Government brought to bear on a private citizen with limited resources.

This process has bankrupted Flynn. He had no recourse. He had to cut a deal.

Seriously. Every single person in this country who cares about the danger of government tyranny and the rejection of selective prosecution for political purposes should be on the side of Michael Flynn.

Agree. Judge is trying to lead Flynn to water but he won't drink. Perhaps his lawyers will partake for him.
