I *think* like a pragmatist. If the people don’t come out and vote for the party, there isn’t much point to anything else. And I pretty sure this turns off everyone but a small, small portion of the base that still has their panties in a wad over Hildebeast.

Had this bunch (ALL of them) been in ‘power’ in the 1930s and 1940s we would be Throwing our hand in the air and praising the Emporer providing the Germans and Japanese didn’t destroy the earth while claiming ‘power’.
Guess we saw the preview of what was to come in the Korean and Vietnam ‘wars’ and if we get another weakling sitting in the White Hut we had better ‘standby for a ram’.
Hate to ‘rain on someones parade’ but we keep referring to the WWII generation as ‘the greatest generation’ but we keep forgetting that the ‘greatest generation’ belched out todays current crop of so called ‘leaders’ - politically as well as academically and my generation (b 1939) is ‘responsible’ for the mess today.
Of course, I am being all inclusive BUT, like it or not, it is ‘our’ children and grandchildren running things (into the ground) today.
Never forget that the ‘Baby Boomer’ movement/era was produced by (for the most part) returning WWII vets....
