Well, according to your well-thought-out logic, you could dangle the piece of plastic from your earlobe and YOU would be a machine gun. Thus, you would be banned and would have to turn yourself in to BATF.

That would, of course, be unconstitutional but NOT UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNDER THE 2ND AMENDMENT.

Place the blame where it lies. Trump. The BATFE ruled multiple times that these things were not MGs and had they lacked the authority to regulate them. They're doing it now because the Command in Chief ordered them to.

As unusual as it is to say this, the BATFE is not to blame for this. This is 100% Donald Trump.
