MOLON LABE! = Come and take them (if you can, if you dare)!
They certainly can try; but do they dare?
Nobody complied with Anrew Cuomo’s SAFE Act either.
There are millions of AR and AK weapons in NY that are not registered, and will not be registered, nor have they been moved or sold “out of state”.
The only threat to them is the legal gun owners, the thugs and gangbangers are far from their gated communities and pose no threat. By disarming us we pose no threat to their criminal antics and control and the armed thugs and ganbangers will take care of us so they don’t have to
As Chuck would say...
Mass Civil Disobedience has historically worked before.
Amen and Amen
How many millions refuse to comply with immigration laws?
“How many millions refuse to comply with immigration laws?”
Good point. Only the Trump administration is legally bound to obey what Federal judges decree the immigration law is.
It is high time that the Trump administration do what the sanctuary people do — that is, do what it chooses to do.
We have guns to fight tyranny. This is unconstitutional. The govt is not our God.
Trump shouldn’t have caved on bump stocks.
How many and what type of firearms are you allowed to own in China?
“Mass Civil Disobedience has historically worked before.”
The yellow vest people are certainly getting attention as unarmed citizens. I just wonder what would happen if the people peaceably demonstrated with legal firearms without any intent to shoot anyone? If demonstrator had something as simple as a cased bolt action deer rifle, and kept it in its case, how would the lefties react?
Ct required that the magazines be registered. People lined up around the block. I moved to SC instead.
Some NJ citizens will no doubt bury their magazines in the backyard to avoid confiscation and arrest. Many more will conclude that it’s time to leave, as if they didn’t have ample reasons before the ban.
Anyone here read “Unintended Consequences” by John Ross?
Deals with this subject at length and is a very good read. Used copies sell for hundreds of dollars but it can be downloaded.

Y'gonn'a prosecute and lock up a state ???
That moment would have made more of an impact had Chuck been lifting up an AR or an AK variant rather than some museum piece
There is a law against murder. Always has been.
There are still murders being committed.
Go figure. I mean, there is a LAW against it!!!
(Do I really have to put the sarc/ tag here?)
I have not *ever* purchased a firearm in the state of New Jersey that came with more than a 10 round magazine in the box with the firearm. Manufacturers package firearms with different features and accessories depending on state laws. New Jersey's 15 round limit was unique among the states for years so many firearms were sold with 10 round magazines instead of, say, 17 round magazines sold in free states. That's not to say that thousands of pistols weren't sold here with 11-15 round magazines but I have never purchased one and I don't think it adds up to a million owners. And why turn it in when you can sell it out of state, store it out of state or in the case of a magazine that is of little value, just take the spring and follower out, stomp on it and throw it in the trash?
So I kinda doubt it.
New Jersey is a small state. Almost everyone has a friend across the river in the Free State of Pennsylvania to hold onto magazines as this winds its way through the courts. California is in the lead through the courts now, New Jersey is following at the tail-end.
