I suspect he or she will be more than happy to go to court if you agree the loser will pay the winner double for time, legal costs, and any patients lost because he / she was not available due to the suit.
A frivolous lawsuit penalty may also apply.

I got the Swine Flu about 10 years ago. No joke it will kill you. Just going up stairs I could feel the fluid trying to get into my lungs. I laid in bed perfectly still for 4 days. Trying to do normal things will kill you by drowning you in your own bodily fluids.
It turns your body into a mucus factory that won’t shut off and the more you try to fight through it, the more mucus you make.
I don’t know how I got it and I isolated myself for a week so I don’t think I gave it to anybody, but if you get it, take it seriously.
If I had lain perfectly still in bed for 4 days when I got H1N1 thst year, I’d have died. By day 3 I couldn’t inhale or exhale well. I had double pneumonia. I was pretty young and healthy. I had little kids. (Went on to have another)
When the doc looked at my x ray and asked if I were a smoker,I told him I’ve never smoked. And he said, if you’d have told me you smoked for several years, I’d say you were a goner.
Keep up your vitamin d3 intake (vitamin k also) and we won’t ever get such bad cases again.
