Ocasio-Cortez Suggests Illegal Immigrants ‘More American’ Than Trump Supporters

“The well off people need to take care of the less well off people, throughout the hemisphere. Why I would work to do that, I don't know.”

I would be willing to work to help those people, but not to be forced to help them - and then have people like Ocasio-Cortez take the ‘credit’ for ‘making me pay my fair share’, after she and her pathetic minions in government take from me what I worked for.

We are all struggling (with the exception of people like Soros, Pelosi, etc.) to define our own lives and survive. It's not that all of us in America are spoiled rotten while the rest of the world suffers. We are all just a few degrees away from disaster in our lives - throughout the world. This is why we save. This is why we do what we can to protect our families and provide for our children. We know that the world is hard. We want to make it better, and to help those who need help, but we want to do these things voluntarily. That's called freedom, self-determination, and voluntarily choosing charity.

What has truly happened is that a small contingent of people, from a small number of specific universities, and with specific pedigrees, have embedded themselves like parasitic tics into the fabric of our society and our government. These are the worst possible people to be in embedded in powerful roles - but they nonetheless are there, parasitizing all of us while they simultaneously deride us and who we are. They suck blood from most of us, and use some of it buy the support of those subsets of society they feel they need in order to maintain their power.

Cynical doesn't even begin to describe it.
