iirc it was during a debate and intended to be a facetious remark to riddicule the fact that Fibbers couldn't find her 30,000 missing emails perhaps Vlad could.

IMO took the press took this remark outta context & used it to frame the Russia narrative to mis direct her own complicity with the Ruskies
