And the ass-clowns at the Vatican scream global warming while the nuns fight the fight. Sad!

The new NV AG, my neighbor, added NV to this lawsuit on his inauguration day last week. That made 13 states in that.

Obama used prosecutorial discretion to issue plenary immunity to so-called dreamers. He ordered his DoJ to NOT enforce the law.
It seems clear that DJT should order his administration to act similarly.

I think Trump should simply say “This was already decided by the Supreme court and thus this new decree will be ignored. Let Judge Gillam himself go to the Supreme court and argue why he should have ignored past supreme court decisions.”
To: JME_FAN
The ruling is only good in 13 states though.

The judge cant force them to continue their health care plans. This "judge" has already proven he's lawless ... what would stop him?

Actually, yesterday another judge ruled that this would be the ruling in ALL of the United States!
It is asinine that our Government is fighting with itself to violate the 1st Amendment rights of the American citizens!
I don’t think people really realize how far we have fallen and how close to the end we are currently!

SCOTUS. This ruling is so far outside law and precedent the judge needs to be examined for dementia.
