My problem is with these pseudo religionists who are actually Statist crooks. And to add to that— pure Statists’ religion is government, the State and the control of the rest of us proles. Not playing, and not going to let them get away with it. Can empathize with your plight— any thinking and questioning individual is not tolerated in such rigid conformism. It is why for ex. islam has been so successful amongst the great unwashed and non-thinking. It provides a rigid structure for the easily led to lean on— the self same remarkably unquestioning flock of sheep to be fleeced.

Have studied as much as i have islam. And fail to see the appeal of it- in the case of islam, will not be forced to “submit”. Also hard to understand the appeal of Pope Francis (fraud that he is, as he is deluding devout Catholics and presiding over a demoralized church, which he is not helping), or of Unitarians (the church of no commitment). Evangelicals and mainline protestant friends all have problems with the theology alone, never mind all the conformity like Stepford Wives-— so constraining. Meant no insult.
And you are correct— it is still about conniving lying individuals. Which is what makes their fake sincerity so darn.... fake. can’t wait to hear trumps take on ole romneybot.

Mittwit "Hairdo" Romney, Kevin McCarthy, Joni Ernst, Ted Cruz, former congresscritter Jason Chaffetz, now this assclown. This is Roy Moore (and Donald Trump, for that matter) all over again.

Re-election or resignation is an issue between King and his constituents.

These statements by Willard and this congressman are simply a play for cheap momentary approval by the lamestream media.

Willard and the congressman are very weak, unreliable politicians. Can you image being in a foxhole with either facing an enemy?

You are so correct!

In all truth, Rep King was actually calling out media efforts and propaganda for falsely redefining all things pro-American as racial, and he rightfully segregating out the term “Western Civilization” as *NOT* inherantly the same as “white supremicism”!

The Utah politicians have proven beyond all doubt, they are liars, and the enemy!

They are the ones who are in Washington to further damage conservatives and Trump.

This cannot be let go. This is full on global socialist and liar Romney making a power play, and is likely part of a larger effort under way to further divide RNC support away from Trump, so as to help get him impeached, and at least sensured in the senate!

Watch!

Chrissy. How ‘bout a little of your political BS whining about “Black Powah”, Black supremacy, black lives matter, black panthers, etc. You’re an idiot. You’ve got to get over the problem that you were born a Caucasian. It’s not your fault. Just learn to live with it.

Rep. Steven King ought to resign for giving an interview to the New York Times.

There was absolutely no purpose to this. It's not his local newspaper, and it is a well-known liberal propaganda newspaper.

Moron.

It would be stupid to even be in the same room as the NYT’s, even with ones own video crew, taping the whole thing!

No one remotely from the right, should be doing interviews with any anti-American, left wing, DNC/RINO attack organization.

Doesn’t make up for stupidly doing an interview with the NYT’s, but I know Steve King, and he is not a racist at all.

Nothing is further from the truth.

Like it or not, we are stuck with Romney for a long time because he gets the Mormon vote in Utah.

A vote based on religious tribalism can be irrational.

Exactly right. Traitors all.

You can bet they have been waiting and baiting, eager to attack and destroy King.

While I admit that I do not know all the “facts” in this issue. It sounds like Representative King should have steered clear of such “language” and stuck to terms like nationalist...period. We can all argue the finer points of “white nationalism,” but face it its a loaded term. Notwithstanding White Supremacy.

I gather he asked what was wrong with those terms if I understand correctly...

As I see it, its up to his constituents to decide if he crossed any lines, or was just talking philosophically to make a point.

As for the Republican leadership....jeez. Why not just say nothing and let King speak for himself. McCarthy could have said something like...”I don’t know what Congressman King was talking about. I will have to get with him to find out exactly what he was talking about. As we all know, the New York Times is the epitome of fake news...so who knows what to belive at this point.”

Ok, Rep. Stewart. The next time you say something the Left can twist into what it isn’t, YOU resign your sorry ass.

Ditto for McCarthy.

I know Steve King, and he is not a racist at all. Nothing is further from the truth.

It's not about truth; it's about Mau-mauing Conservatives, and painting a picture of solemn gravitas for the Republican "bukkake girls" who promote it.

Comrades?

Uh, sounds a little strange, even for a GOPe.

“Never trust a Mormon” is a piece of wisdom that will be passed onto future generations, not to be forgotten for a very long time.
