Gaga as a good voice and is a good entertainer for that style, but she has never been what I call beautiful.
Angelina J. looks and acts similar to a young Liz Taylor.
Jolie could pull it off, that is, if she’s not then running for president.

This sort of controversy happens because of the poor education in this country. Educated people know Cleopatra was Macedonian Greek (northern Greece/southern Serbia/Yugoslavia) from the Ptolemaic dynasty.

From the article itself:
“....even though the historical Cleopatra was Greek,...”

Were they upset when black actors or actresses were cast to play characters who were historically European? Of course not...

AFRICAN-AMERICANS CLAIM ALL AFRICANS ARE BLACK.
I worked with a guy of Italian descent born in Ethiopia where his family had worked because Italy had a presence there throughout the early 190os.
The quality of intellectual, political and social discourse in their country is not for triple-digited IQs,

Lady GaGa is a phony hypocrite. She worked with R Kelly years ago, even praised him..but now since she might get an Oscar for A Star Is Born, now she is distancing herself from him LOL

Portrait of Cleopatra VII of Egypt with red hair and her distinct facial features, wearing a royal diadem, from Roman Herculaneum, 1st century AD - Roman bust of Cleopatra wearing a royal diadem, mid-1st century BC (around the time of her visits to Rome in 4644 BC)

Cleo was a Greek, probably fair skinned...

The ancient Egyptians were Caucasian. All one has to do is look at their art work but DNA testing confirms they were white. Now the case for Cleopatra is a slam dunk. Cleopatra was of Greek ancestry, a result of Alexander the Great conquering Egypt sometime around 300BC. Here is a Roman bust of her dated to the time of her reign.
Does this look like a POC?

From the article, "the Ptolemaic pharaohs followed in the footsteps of previous Egyptian rulers in marrying their sisters, creating an incestuous situation that would have exacerbated the olive skin of the Greeks, rather than mixing it with any of their black neighbors or subjects."
So it is really people from areas where a lot of close relatives marry each other who should be upset.
To: rktman
How many black Greeks were there 2,000 years ago? Talk about irrational, that term pretty much defines the snowflakes.
