The influx of foreigners to this area in the last 5 or so years has been too dramatic to have happened naturally.

In my town in NJ the exodus of American taxpayers was natural enough; our government (at all levels) maintains a “sanctuary” status because it would look like Detroit or Camden (abandoned) if they didn’t. They are trafficking non-contributing populations here deliberately, to keep the political and government worker castes employed (paid for by other Americans, not the newcomers).
