I am so dam- tired of all the weak Repubs like Graham, the media and the rest who assume that Trump did this to retaliate for the SOTU rebuff by Pelosi. It is being put out as fact, when in fact, it is not. Maybe Trump did this to keep her in DC to try to get the government open and to be able to negotiate and to have other members of congress there too. A Repub Speaker doing this would be crucified by the press if he/she was going on a trip like this, especially after her vacation in Hawaii and trip to Puerto Rico. The weak Repubs should be standing behind Trump instead of speaking like Graham and I’m sure soon Mittens.

That's funny. I'm sure some PAC or donor will pick up the cost. Make sure that every penny is appropriately accounted for and properly reported. If she goes, Trump should continue to call attention to the trip and keep asking why she is doing a photo op in the Middle East when there is a crisis (in her own words) going on in DC.

Sorry for the second post. How many Repubs were on that trip? If there were any, why. With the government partially shut down, no congress critter should be going anywhere. Where is McCarthy and why isn’t he telling Repubs to stay put and not go anywhere. Once again, we have a total lack of backbone and leadership in Congressional Republicans. The only Repub leader is Trump.
