On December 10, 2018, two video fragments leaked of a man instructing Turkey-backed Syrian rebels on how to use a sticky bomb and an IED. The source alleges that the man is working for Turkish intelligence apparatus MIT, nicknamed abu-Imad.

And I strongly suspect that Erdogan’s allied Al-Qaeda units were responsible (either by themselves or in conjunction with ISIS members) for this week’s suicide bombing that killed the Americans.
I would not be surprised if the Turkish Military/Intelligence directed the killing of those US personnel in Manbij as well, using their jihadi surrogates.
All the timing of events seems to make it fall right in line with Turkish operations, shifting from Idlib to Manbij.
