I’d accept “foreign invaders” too.
Well, if you’re writing a poem or editorial, or expounding from a soapbox, I have no problem with the term ‘invasion’.
I’m just trying to stick with the term that is actually codified in our laws and regulations - despite all the liberal newspeak that’s been trying to bury and ‘disappear’ it.
