Trump screwed up big time. He should have dropped them off in Afghanistan then called in an air strike on the airport damaging it to the point she could not leave for a long time. .
Then hire Cortex as the primary contractor to fly over and fix the airport. Hire the EPA to do an environmental study on the airport area first to make sure no frogs would be endangered in the rebuilt.

US president Donald Trump has declined to let US house speaker Nancy Pelosi use a military plane to visit Brussels on Friday, where she was to meet EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini. He did it amid a political feud over his plan to build a wall on the Mexico border. Pelosi could do her “seven-day excursion”, which was to include Egypt and Afghanistan, by “flying commercial”, he said.
