He should have offered path to citizenship for Dreamers that arrived between 2001 and 2007 in exchange for the $5 billion, not just the three year deal.
That would become much harder for the Dems to reject. Add another year of Dreamers for each $2 billion agreed to but it has to be a wall.
It’s the dam’s turn to counter. He can’t sit there letting him play him to keep making different offers while they just say no. If they don’t counter by Tuesday he should declare the emergency.
