In acquiring power, a lack of ethics more than makes up for a lack of intelligence.
Power is obtained by those who will stoop low enough to pick it up.
Truer words....that describes most power grabbers, if not all.
Ethics? Why let a concept like that get in my way. “I’ll squash the little innocents, step on their heads like they were stepping stones, to get the power. After that, who will dare to challenge me?”
