It’s not IF, it’s WHEN. Manasseh, king of Judah, was the first Judean king to sacrifice his child, thereby NATIONALLY legalizing the abomination.
Surely at the command (mouth) of the LORD it came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, and also for the innocent blood which he shed, for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; AND THE LORD WOULD NOT FORGIVE. [All caps mine] 2 Kings 24: 3 &4.
The Biblical consequence for nationally legalized (king ordained) child sacrifice is invasion and conquest.
King Manasseh was captured by Babylon and in prison when he realized that God is in fact the only God. He repented. Was freed to return and rule once more in Jerusalem. He tore down the altars. Judah was given a reprieve. 4 kings later (after a great revival under Josiah) the king again brought the abomination back. Judah was invaded again and for 70 years the faithful were slaves in Babylon.
Before the Israelites went into the promised land they were warned...do not follow the religions of the people living in the land. What were they doing? Child sacrifice. The Mayans, Incas, and Native Americans all practiced human sacrifice.
I truly hope our nation is given a reprieve but it will only happen if satanic pre-born genocide is outlawed.
The next “ark” event might be a world-wide pandemic or all-out nuclear exchange!
