Are they inventing new election law again? The inaugural committee is separate from the campaign committee and so far as I understand, under no such limitations. If it were, then Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Carter, etc would all have an issue here.

From what I've read the inaugural committee can't take foreign money.
