I don't see how Congress can direct troops in a non-declared war. Hell, even if they declared war, the President can prosecute it (or not) any way he wants to.
The military follows the President's orders. Not Mitch "Five Chins" McConnell's.

Trump should do in Syria and Afghanistan what the Dims advocate for the U.S. border; withdraw all humans and maintain a “smart presence” with cameras, sensors and drones.
After all, if it is good enough for the border then it should be more than sufficient for these places.

Every one of those in congress has a past...they have dirt on them... they are not clean... look at Virginia.... they can’t find a good one that doesn’t have something on him/her. But they attack and attack our President! I dread watching the speech tonight... if pelosi sits behind him... and hard telling what they will do for rebellion so the world can see.
