Well, they can issue an arrest warrant for you and you will be under the threat being picked up on it the next time you get stopped for speeding and then held in jail for extradition. You may prevail in court but you could easily be bankrupted in doing so.

So if I live in Texas and own/possess a 15-shot 9mm magazine or a 30-round AR mag which is perfectly legal here, the communist state of NJ can issue a warrant against me because I broke “their” insane law? And then if I happen to get pulled over for speeding in Beeville or Three Rivers, TX, I can then be extradited to NJ even though I’ve never set foot in the evil commie shitehole? Come and take it.
