Condemning is not the same as actions and legal proceedings. IOW, they have been quite happy to just hear people talking bad about them, with no real consequences. Any criminal would be happy with that kind of outcome to all their crimes, and that encourages them to commit more crimes, as Hillary and Bill have demonstrated throughout their entire lives.
