No one seems to be asking where RBG is. I’m suspicious that we’re being sold out again.

In my opinion, there are 3 categories of rights:In my opinion, there are 3 categories of rights:

According to Webster's 1828 Dictionary:

RIGHT, noun

10. Just claim; immunity; privilege. All men have a right to the secure enjoyment of life, personal safety, liberty and property. We deem the right of trial by jury invaluable, particularly in the case of crimes. Rights are natural, civil, political, religious, personal, and public.

So, if we try to claim our “rights” it’s somehow White Privilege? Or something?

I’m not sure where you got that from but:

The answer to “White Privilege?” is “no”.

The answer to “Or something?” is “yes” and if nothing else, that “something is the right to claim our rights.

Isn’t whatever the leftists control have on Roberts transferable?

Apparently not. It allegedly has to do with some "irregularities" with the adoption paperwork for his 2 children who were adopted in Ireland. It is speculated that that is why they did not aggressively fight his nomination because they know they could turn him to the "dark side."

The law they are reviewing is absurd. So you get a permit to keep a weapon in the home but it is illegal to move it? Both parts of that should be struck down. No permit needed to own, and no permit needed to transport it.

I don’t know how this threatens CA law. CA law still allows people to transport their weapons, unloaded and in a locked case.

IANAL but I understand that it is unusual for the SC to reach too far beyond the case at hand... in this case they would, imo, strike down the law that prevents people from transporting their firearms and maybe to strike down the need to obtain a permit to keep a firearm. But not much more than that.

We cannot feel comfortable that the violations of American’s 2nd amendment rights will be stopped until President Trump gets to replace at least a couple of the Gang of Four.

If losing the House means President Trump is more likely to be reelected in 2020 and thus more likely to be able to replace some of the Gang of Four on the Supreme Court with Strict Constructionists, then it was a sacrifice well worth making......a tactical defeat but a strategic victory.

I think the link below, which is a 12 min utube of Sen. Mike Lee speaking on the subject, is probably the most credible opinion on what happened.*************************************************************

The law in Washington is so ridiculous that passing a firearm to your associate or family member on the firing line at a gun range, or even in your back yard, is a prosecutable offense!

The NV legislature is working on “correcting” their screw up from a couple years ago. The manner in which the antis wrote it made it unenforceable. Now with the dems in control of just about everything there going to see if they can amend it. There was no push to do so when Brian Sandoval was gov and Adam Laxalt was AG. Now dems hold both so yeah, total BS coming soon.
